Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by Play Alberta Casino ("Platform" or "we") with each user who accesses, uses or participates on the Platform (the "User"). By accessing or using the Platform, the User acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms.

User Responsibilities

The User shall:(a) provide accurate and complete information when registering for access to the Platform;(b) keep their account information up-to-date and confidential;(c) promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of their account.Failure by the User to comply with these responsibilities may result in termination of their access to the Platform.

User Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the Platform:(a) posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing or abusive;(b) using the Platform for spamming, phishing or other fraudulent purposes.Any such behavior may result in immediate termination of access to the Platform.

Payment Terms

All payments made through the Platform are subject to Play Alberta Casino's payment terms and conditions:(a) no refunds will be issued once a transaction has been initiated;(b) any fees associated with transactions shall be borne by the User.Any disputes regarding payment or fees must be directed in writing to Play Alberta Casino.

Termination

Play Alberta Casino may terminate this Agreement, access to the Platform, or both at its discretion upon notice:(a) if the User breaches these Terms and Conditions;(b) due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control that impair or threaten operation of the Platform.Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted shall cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Play Alberta Casino makes no warranties (expressed or implied):(a) regarding accuracy, completeness or timeliness of Content;(b) for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;(c) against defects in materials or workmanship;

Limitation of Liability

Play Alberta Casino shall not be liable to the User for:(a) consequential damages (whether arising from breach, negligence or otherwise);(b) punitive damages; nor(c) any indirect losses.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by, construed in accordance with, and subject to the laws.

Changes and Updates

Play Alberta Casino reserves the right at its discretion:(a) to modify or update these Terms and Conditions without notice;(b) to suspend access to the Platform for maintenance.

Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Play Alberta Casino and the User regarding use of the Platform.

Severability

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect validity or enforceability of other provisions contained in this Agreement.

Waiver

Play Alberta Casino's failure to exercise a right under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right.
